Workwell is a service within Sandwell Primary Care Trust (PCT), which works in partnership with the business community and others in Sandwell to improve the health and wellbeing of the working age population of the Borough. We provide specialist advice in Occupational Health and Public Health to businesses and PCT colleagues, to support the delivery of local and national strategies for health and wellbeing.

We work with a number of partners in the Primary Care Trust, Local Authority, and other local bodies to deliver services which can improve the health and wellbeing of the working age population of Sandwell.

If you are a General Practitioner or other health professional, with responsibility for making decisions that might affect or be affected by your clients work, you may want to have access to Occupational Health advice to guide and support your decision making, e.g. what the work process means to the health of the client, how to facilitate return to work, what the employer needs to know etc.
