Workwell is part the Public Health Directorate of Sandwell Primary Care Trust (NHS).


We provide free, independent Occupational Health Advice to businesses in Sandwell, in particular, to Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs).We combine this with healthy lifestyle advice, information and opportunity to improve the health and wellbeing of the working age population of the borough.


We work closely with organisations such as Business Link, the Chamber of Commerce, Federation of Small Businesses, the Strategic Health Authority and others to promote workplace health and personal wellbeing.


AMONG THE SERVICES WE CAN OFFER ARE:


CogsOccupational Health Advice:
  • Health and safety policies such as: absence, stress, bullying & harassment, lone worker, drugs & alcohol and more
  • Rehabilitation and return to work
  • Health issues in recruitment and retention
  • Discrimination and other pitfalls
  • Obtaining medical reports and how to act upon them
  • Advice on statutory health surveillance such as: noise and vibration
  • Individual health cases

  • Health assessments and physical activity
  • Walk 2 Beijing to London,with incentives
  • Cycling with confidence and cycling to work
  • Healthy eating
  • Confidence and wellbeing coaching
