SADWICA is a Community Development Agency; engaged in the empowerment and motivation of Sandwell's African Caribbean community and other disadvantaged groups, in partnership with other service providers and common interest groups.

SADWICA is also a registered charity and specialises in the field of childcare services throughout Sandwell. Services provided include:

• Community day nursery
• Out of school care scheme
• 'Play as you go' mobile creche
• Saturday Drop 'N' Go Creche Service (from November 2005)
• Toy library for parents and childcare providers
• Shoppers creche
• Advice, training and consultancy
• Parental involvement project
