The sessions can be tailored to your schools requirements, the course generally covers the following subjects;

• food hygiene,
• why healthy eating and teaching about healthy eating is so important,
• the effects of diet on the body,
• the eatwell plate and the DfES standards and how they will effect schools and classroom activities.
