The Sikh Health Improvement Group (SHIG) was established in October 2002. The organisation is funded by Sandwell Primary Care Trust through Community Health Network (CHN).

SHIG is here to offer free and confidential help and support for Sikh and Punjabi Community via seven Sikh Gurdwaras in Sandwell.
