DescriptionWorking with people who experience severe and enduring mental health problems, focusing on engagement and holistic interventions to improve quality of life and symptom reduction/management. Our work is underpinned by the recovery philosophy, which is based on hope, optimism, education, personal responsibility and reducing stigma. We work within the Care Programme Approach and care management processed and also provide a daily duty officer to take new referrals, support existing service users and process assessments under the Mental Health Act.
