We are recruiting some 50 shops to be part of Shopwell, a scheme to enable independent retailers to source top quality fruit and vegetables; manage the fixture professionally; display the items attractively and boost sales of fresh produce.

We are working with the Hyperama Cash & Carry in West Bromwich to make it easy for you to find the kind of fruit and vegetables your customers want to buy, at a price that is affordable for them and profitable for you.  Once a week, we hold tasting sessions so you can try different fresh produce and improve your knowledge of this food category.

Shopwell retailers are supported all-year-round with special promotions, recipe leaflets and a Shop of the Month competition.  In the autumn, we are also planning a bus and tram advertising campaign to promote awareness of the scheme across the Borough.
