Sandwell Homes is an Arms Length Management Organisation (ALMO), set up by Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council to manage and maintain its council homes. It is important you are aware that Sandwell Council is your landlord, whereas Sandwell Homes is responsible for providing housing services to you on their behalf.

We provide a wide range of housing services, which are monitored by Sandwell Council, so that as a tenant you can be assured of high quality housing and excellent services at all times.
