How to access the services

Stoney Lane Day Centre 

If you would like to request a place at Stoney Lane, contact your local Adults Team.  They will talk with you about your needs and decide if the centre is suitable for you.  Their phone numbers are on the back of this leaflet.

You can phone or call into any of the leisure venues or Stoney Lane to find out more.  Or you can ask your local Adults Team.

Communication needs 

If you speak another language, including sign language, we can provide an interpreter so you can use our services.
