Self Care Connect - Easy to register and full of useful stuff, including A framework for commissioning self care support.

 

Resource pack (NHS South West) 2009 - Examples of self care policies, relevant policy documents and other information from the DH and elsewhere, to support local self care policy development.

 

Personalisation - All you need to know about personalisation in adult social care and what it means for different people. Lots of resources including social care TV.

 

Independent Living Resource - One stop information resource for commissioners, transformation programme leads and others working to embed Independent Living at the strategic level. Focus on older people, with tips, case studies, resources.
