CAMHS aims to provide a high quality, community-based, accessible, multi-disciplinary, specialist mental health service in Sandwell to children, young people and their families, experiencing severe, complex and persistent emotional and behavioural difficulties due to mental health problems.
The service is sensitive to the child/young person's developmental stage and promotes growth while delivering skilled therapeutic care. The service is for children and young people aged 0 -16 and up to 18 years for young people in fulltime education within the Sandwell Local Education Authority.
