Looking after yourselfEveryone feels fed up, stressed, anxious and lonely sometimes. Usually these feelings come and go quite quickly and you're just having 'one of those days'. Sometimes feeling down or depressed can go on a long time and you may feel so unhappy that you don't know what to do.
If you feel your emotions are affecting your concentration at school, or your feeling tired, not bothering to do anything, tearful, feel like no one likes you, eating a lot more or a lot less that usual, worrying or feeling anxious all the time, feel like injuring yourself then either talk to a nurse or doctor or any of the organisations listed below.
