When eating is a problemEating food should be enjoyable, however for people with eating disorders, eating food is no fun. Eating too little (Anorexia) or bingeing on food and making yourself sick (Bulimia) are two kinds of eating disorders which can be very dangerous for your health.
If you feel you are not in control with your eating ask your doctor for help.
