Eating Well

It is very important to stay fit and eat well.  This means eating a variety of food every day.  No one food can provide all the nutrients (goodness) our bodies needs so it is important to eat lots a variety of food.

When eating is a problem

Eating food should be enjoyable, however for people with eating disorders, eating food is no fun.  Eating too little (Anorexia) or bingeing on food and making yourself sick (Bulimia) are two kinds of eating disorders which can be very dangerous for your health.

 

If you feel you are not in control with your eating ask your doctor for help.
