- Walk to Beijing 2 - a 3 month health improvement programme with health assessment and pedometer
- Walk from home - help for frail or elderly people who have lost confidence in walking outside.
- Cycling courses and one-to-one tuition
 - Bikeability, National Cycling Standards and school cycling schemes
- Green gym (environmental activities) and gardening for health
- Extend (gentle exercise for the over 60s and the less able of any age)
- Active Sandwell (over 60s activities such as tea dances, bowls, swimming)
- Active lifestyles (neighbourhood activity projects in Greets Green and Wednesbury)
- Concessionary leisure passes for the over 60s
- Work place health schemes
- Activity schemes that GPs can refer patients into

| Healthy Eating- Cookwell - a free 6 week cooking and healthy eating course
 - Slimwell - a community based weight management programme
- Shop Tours - supermarket tour sessions to learn about food labelling, healthy eating tips etc.
- Grow Well - sessions based at the beautiful Salop Drive Market Garden with food growing demonstration and a seasonal food tasting.
- Shopwell - a scheme which supports local shopkeepers to sell fresh fruit and vegetables
