Cares Sandwell: Carers Groups Meeting Times

Three Cares Carer Groups have been established at the following centres to support Carers of sick elderly or disabled people:

MONDAY 10.30 am to 2.30pm
The Carers' Centre, 2 Bearwood Road, Smethwick.

TUESDAY 2.15 pm to 4.15 pm
Methodist Church, High Street, Blackheath.

WEDNESDAY 10.30 am to 2.30pm
St Pauls Communty Centre, Tipton

The Groups aim to offer social, emotional and information support.

ACTIVITIES INCLUDE...

Board Games, Quizzes, Speakers, Day Trips, Lunches, Gentle Exercise and Relaxation.
