Public Information - Sandwell Public Information Network (SPIN)

SPIN provides the strategic lead for health and community information within the JPU.

• SPIN promotes joined up approaches to the development and delivery of public information across all sectors.
• Manages Webwell, a shared web portal for use by the general public and health professionals. 
• Provides ongoing support and training for not for profit organisations in authoring and inputting information onto the web.  
• Produces leaflets, guides and directories and provides training for other groups and organisations to do the same.

Other areas of work include: project management, guidance on best practice and quality systems.
