ASpire, part of Autism West Midlands, are delivering a free ten week course to individuals with Autism in the Sandwell area.

The course aims to promote health and wellbeing in the community and will involve learning more about autism, accessing facilities in the local community, developing team work skills and developing self confidence.

A short 10 week course for adults with Autism / Asperger Syndrome living in Birmingham or Sandwell

Course Topics include:

• Disability Awareness
• Developing self confidence
• Safer travel confidence
• Employment Skills
• Team Building
• Health and Well Being

Course Includes:

• 10 weeks attendance
• One group session each week
• Follow up 1:1 sessions
• Individual Action Plans

Eligibility:

• You must live in Birmingham or Sandwell
• Be 18 or over
• Have ASD/Asperger Syndrome
• Willing to try and participate in the activities on the course
