The over 50s can now enjoy aqua fit classes run specifically for their needs.
Langley Swimming Centre is launching its new session on Tuesday (7 Oct) at the Vicarage Road swimming pool.
The sessions are tailored to meet the physical needs of those aged over 50, with low impact moves being incorporated and a more enjoyable pace of the class.
Duty manager Simon Foster said: "We have been asking our Young At Heart customers regarding this new session and we have received some positive feedback.
"Aqua Fit is a popular class at the centre and we predict that this new adapted class will meet the needs of some of our more mature customers and prove equally as popular."
Sessions cost £3.80 and all Leisure Pass discounts apply. The sessions will take place on Tuesdays from 11 - 11.45am.
