Changing Our Lives is a self-advocacy organisation that supports people with learning disabilities to stand up for their rights.

All of our work is led by people with learning disabilities; we have a People's Parliament that is led by MPs with learning disabilities, a Quality of Life audit team, a Training team and Changing Young Lives which supports young people with disabilities to learn about their rights and self-advocate.
