This is a one-hour, stand-alone lesson that is delivered to groups of 11 – 14 year olds. It is a resource developed by the NHS Institute for Innovation and Improvement to educate young people about the variety of emergency health services available to them.
A number of sessions have been funded by Sandwell Primary Care Trust. Schools may also choose to deliver this lesson themselves as part of their PSHE curriculum.
