The course covers a basic knowledge of nutrition and how our lives are influenced by the foods we eat. It increases knowlegde that people already have an explains some myths.
We look at all the major food groups, including how our food is digested and how we can manage our weight more effectively.
We also look at the deceptiveness of food labelling and how much fat really is in the foods we eat. If you are interested in having a healthier and more active lifestyle, then this course may suit you.
