Testicular Cancer | Print |

Testicular cancer, though the commonest cancer in young men, is rare. Between the age of 15 and 50 about 1 in 500 develop this problem, but the rate is increasing.

Surveys suggest that many men are unaware of testicular cancer and prefer to ignore it, and less than 1 in 5 regularly check their testicles. A simple regular checkup is now known to help detect the early signs and reduce the amount of treatment needed.
