The women only sessions take place every Wednesday from 1.30 - 3.30pm at the Brasshouse Lane Community Centre and are organised by Age Well.

Activities include:

• Gentle exercise to improve health
• Support on personal issues
• Sessional Worker available who speaks community languages
• Organised trips
• Refreshments
• Enjoy the company of others who have the same interests
