Reach is a community based project based at the Tipton Muslim Community Centre. We are here to support and assist all young people aged 13-19.
Reach aims to provide the vital link between young people and the communities as many young people are forced to disengage from educational and training programmes due to various pressures.
The services provided by Reach will be delivered from the Tipton Muslim Community Centre, which has strong community relations and support from the local community.
It is a safe environment where parents feel comfortable sending their children and therefore, provides an ideal base for the project.
The project will deliver programmes of vocation and non-vocational training by working with local colleges, adult education centres, schools and the LEA. The project will work with local careers services to provide support to people who wish to access further education, training or employment.
