Groundbreakers Ltd is an income generating business that provides training, volunteering and flexible paid work opportunities for people in Sandwell who are living with or recovering from a mental health issue.

As a social enterprise, all profit is reinvested into the business to help develop the range of employment solutions they can offer people facing barriers to work.

They can provide:

• Shrub border maintenance
• Hedge maintenance
• Low level tree maintenance
• Mowing of lawns and lawn improvement services.
• Horticulture services, plant propagation and training
• Control of weeds (non-chemical)
• Street cleansing, leaf clearing and green disposal
• Patio cleaning and jet washing

The service operates Monday to Friday and where required at weekends.

The service supports people in Sandwell who are living with or recovering from a mental health issue who may wish to take up training and volunteering or support for paid work opportunities.
