Good practices 

 

Information should: 

  • Be easy to use and handle;
  • Be printed clearly with good contrast on matt paper;
  • Use plain English and not use jargon;
  • Have clear, simple & logical layout;
  • Use short sentences and paragraphs, and bullet points or numbering to make the information more easily readable;
  • Use appropriate and positive pictures and photographs to get the message across;
  • Contain easy to find contact numbers.
