This is the Practical Quality Assurance System for Small Organisations Quality Mark from the Charities Evaluation Services.

They provide a self assessment framework covering twelve quality areas which include the quality of information provision. Each area offers three levels of achievement and levels 1 or 2 can be externally accredited for the award of the PQASSO Quality Mark.
