This standard is set by ENTO (National Training Organisations). The matrix Standard is a national quality standard providing a framework to organisations for the delivery of information, advice and guidance related to learning and work. Its aim is to help organisations to maintain and improve their service.
The standard has eight elements, four of which focus on the provision of the service and four on the management of the service. Related Links
