Transition Support

To improve educational performance among African Caribbean and Dual Heritage children, Sandwell Children’s Fund is funding service to support personal and social development. Through one-to-one mentoring with young people, and work with parents and schools the service is proving successful in preventing school exclusions and improving performance and behaviour in school and at home.
