YMCA: Healthy Living CentreThe Healthy Living Centre is based in the YMCA building at Carters Green. We have a fully equipped gym and a healthy eating cafe where you can get healthy food at a reasonable price. The Centre is open from Monday to Saturday 9.30am to 2pm.

Yew Tree Health Living CentreThe aim of the centre is to promote health, by helping people of all ages to maximise their health and well being, whatever their capacity for fitness in the traditional sense. The focus will be on health as a positive attribute helping people to get the most out of life, embracing both physical and mental well-being. The Yew Tree Healthy Living Centre despite its title is about initiatives and networks, not bricks and mortar.
