Sandwell Council in partnership with Sandwell Leisure Trust, Sandwell Primary Care Trust, and Sandwell Local Improvement Finance Trust (LIFT) Company plan to re-develop Oldbury Leisure Centre into a new health, well being and leisure facility.

Sandwell LIFT Company is a public private partneship set up to modernise health, social care and community premises across Sandwell. This project aims to provide choice, increase opportunities, and so will provide improved health and social well being for the community of Sandwell.
