Based at Smethwick Swimming Centre, Thimblemill Road, Smethwick, Alpha Divers is a local branch of the British Sub Aqua Club (BSAC).

We are a well equipped club of active divers who encourage participation in the sport of Scuba Diving. Scuba Diving training is available to anyone aged 12Yrs and over, if you're not sure Scuba Diving is for you, then we offer a 'Try Dive' taster session so you can find out more.

Alpha Divers meet at 7:30pm every Wednesday at Smethwick Swimming Centre.

Sport England recently awarded Alpha Divers a grant of £10,000 - This was used to purchase several complete sets of Scuba Diving equipment (including a selection of various sized Dry Suits), so you can become fully qualified without having to purchase any of your own equipment. Once qualified, our equipment can then be hired to you.

Alpha Divers own a Humber 5.5 meter Ridged Inflatable Boat (RIB) which it taken out several times each year to enable the club to offer off-shore diving trips to its members.
