The Confidence and Wellbeing Team aim to create opportunities for people to maintain and improve their own wellbeing, and to encourage people to find a place of happiness and wellbeing inside themselves.

 

To do this they provide a range of sessions and programmes within Sandwell so why not try one?

  • Health Improvement Programme
  • Fun, Laughter and Wellbeing Programme
  • Stress and relaxation workshops
  • Food and mood sessions
  • Laughter yoga
  • Yoga and Tai Chi taster sessions
