SWAN offers a comfortable, welcoming, women only, safe and friendly environment, where women and their children not only receive advice, support and counselling on a variety of issues, but, the offer of training and workshops to develop their skills, which will lead to raising their self-esteem and greater opportunities for better salaried employment. Thus, in the long term, it is hoped that poverty and disadvantage will be erased, and the cycle will be broken for their children.
