Salsa - Size Class (12:45PM)

SALSA – SIZE with the Staff Care Service!

* Please note* The class is postponed on 2nd of February but will take place on 9th February 2010.


Salsa – size is a fun filled way to shake off those winter blues and burn extra calories!

It incorporates salsa moves in an easy to follow routine. No partner required just a big smile and plenty of hip action!

The sessions will be taking place each Tuesday (except school holidays), at Lodge Road Community Centre, Lodge Road, West Bromwich at 12.45 – 1.30 pm

It is essential that you wear comfortable clothes and flat footwear, preferably trainers/pumps.

This lunchtime activity is guaranteed to give your heart a work out, it is at moderate intensity so you will feel warm and slightly breathless, but you will feel invigorated for the afternoon.

If you have not taken part in exercise before it is advisable to seek medical advice.

We are a group of people affected by Multiple Sclerosis, not defined by it.

We met as a group of people to try out some exercise. Every two weeks.

We often stay and have a coffee at the end of the class for an hour.

We are a friendly bunch from different backgrounds who are getting on with our lives, but we learn from each other and support one another.

Swan Community Carelink are starting a Menopause Self Help Support Group.

Ladies are you going through the menopause?
