Ladies Only - Boxing Based Fitness Class (All Sessions Are Run By A Female Coach)
Wednesday 8pm till 9pm £2.00 Per Person
Every Friday 8pm till 9pm £2.00

The ladies sessions include the following activities:
Toning Exercises
Strength Training
Endurance Workouts

Boxing Skills

Punch Bag Workouts

The aim of this class is to offer females more provisions to take part in boxing, generally take part in health related activities and sport - we urge the local female society to get involved! "These sessions are designed to give you a full body workout with the important element of fun!" We strongly promote female participation, so if you need to get fit, want to join the club or just want to try something different; this is the place for you (and your friends!)

Single Boots is a friendly and active walking club for single people typically in their 30’s, 40’s and 50’s.

We are a midlands based group with a main focal area of south west Birmingham and Worcestershire.

We organise a walk between 8 and 12 miles every Sunday.

SALSA – SIZE with the Staff Care Service!

Salsa – size is a fun filled way to shake off those winter blues and burn extra calories!

It incorporates salsa moves in an easy to follow routine. No partner required just a big smile and plenty of hip action!

The sessions will be taking place each Tuesday (except school holidays), at Lodge Road Community Centre, Lodge Road, West Bromwich at 12.45 – 1.30 pm

It is essential that you wear comfortable clothes and flat footwear, preferably trainers/pumps.

This lunchtime activity is guaranteed to give your heart a work out, it is at moderate intensity so you will feel warm and slightly breathless, but you will feel invigorated for the afternoon.

If you have not taken part in exercise before it is advisable to seek medical advice.

West Bromwich Youth Council meet weekly on Thursdays - the first and last Thursday of the month at Central Library, High Street West Bromwich between 6pm and 8pm and the 2nd and 3rd Thursdays at Lodge Road Community Centre, Lodge Road West Bromwich between 7pm and 9pm.

The group deal with issues affecting young people in the West Bromwich area.

Single Boots is a friendly and active walking club for single people typically in their 30’s, 40’s and 50’s.

We are a midlands based group with a main focal area of south west Birmingham and Worcestershire.

We organise a walk between 8 and 12 miles every Sunday.

Salsa - Size Class (12:45PM)

SALSA – SIZE with the Staff Care Service!

Salsa – size is a fun filled way to shake off those winter blues and burn extra calories!

It incorporates salsa moves in an easy to follow routine. No partner required just a big smile and plenty of hip action!

The sessions will be taking place each Tuesday (except school holidays), at Lodge Road Community Centre, Lodge Road, West Bromwich at 12.45 – 1.30 pm

It is essential that you wear comfortable clothes and flat footwear, preferably trainers/pumps.

This lunchtime activity is guaranteed to give your heart a work out, it is at moderate intensity so you will feel warm and slightly breathless, but you will feel invigorated for the afternoon.

If you have not taken part in exercise before it is advisable to seek medical advice.
