We are a group of people affected by Multiple Sclerosis, not defined by it.
We met as a group of people to try out some exercise. Every two weeks.
No matter what your ability, there is something for everyone. All at our own pace. There's even a natter and fun to all at the same time!
We often stay and have a coffee at the end of the class for an hour.
We are a friendly bunch from different backgrounds who are getting on with our lives, but we learn from each other and support one another.
