SALSA – SIZE with the Staff Care Service!
Salsa – size is a fun filled way to shake off those winter blues and burn extra calories!
It incorporates salsa moves in an easy to follow routine. No partner required just a big smile and plenty of hip action! The sessions will be taking place each Tuesday (except school holidays), at Lodge Road Community Centre, Lodge Road, West Bromwich at 12.45 – 1.30 pm It is essential that you wear comfortable clothes and flat footwear, preferably trainers/pumps. This lunchtime activity is guaranteed to give your heart a work out, it is at moderate intensity so you will feel warm and slightly breathless, but you will feel invigorated for the afternoon. TASG (Thalassaemia Awareness and Support Group), OSCAR Sandwell and OSCAR Birmingham invite you and your family to come celebrate World Thalassaemia Day with us. Thalassaemia is a genetic blood disorder that people suffer from around the world and in silence. We aim to raise awareness about Thalassaemia so patients and their families can lead a comfortable life. There will be a range of activities for children and grown ups on the day such as face painting, balloon modelling, competitions, raffles, bouncy castle, hair and make-up artist and mendhi artist. Single Boots is a friendly and active walking club for single people typically in their 30’s, 40’s and 50’s.
We are a midlands based group with a main focal area of south west Birmingham and Worcestershire.
We organise a walk between 8 and 12 miles every Sunday.

SALSA – SIZE with the Staff Care Service!
Salsa – size is a fun filled way to shake off those winter blues and burn extra calories!
It incorporates salsa moves in an easy to follow routine. No partner required just a big smile and plenty of hip action! The sessions will be taking place each Tuesday (except school holidays), at Lodge Road Community Centre, Lodge Road, West Bromwich at 12.45 – 1.30 pm It is essential that you wear comfortable clothes and flat footwear, preferably trainers/pumps. This lunchtime activity is guaranteed to give your heart a work out, it is at moderate intensity so you will feel warm and slightly breathless, but you will feel invigorated for the afternoon.
