Launch of SVI Health Analysis Report

Dr Malcolm Fisk talks about the findings of the report.The launch of the Sandwell Visually Impaired (SVI) Health Needs Analysis Report for the visually impaired community of Sandwell took place on 24 February 2010.

This is the first report of its kind to be carried out in Sandwell aiming to identify the health needs of the visually impaired community.

Sandwells Got TalentSANDWELL’S GOT TALENT is a talent contest that was launched in 2008 around the Sandwell area by local Charity, Changing Our Lives, who work with people with learning disabilities. It’s a contest with a difference as the performers all have learning disabilities.

Sandwell PCTA new regular weekly slot each Monday on Punjabi Radio Station Raaj FM is giving the public the opportunity to discuss issues and ask questions of local health experts.

 

A series of topics will be covered over the coming months from immunisation to alcoholism.
